Heritage Palace Varos - Split

A neat, little medieval type of room.

The room was far too noisy. I could hear everything from the room above. My requests for better service were largely ignored, with very little attention from the staff throughout my stay. It was annoying to have limited communication regarding payment issues.

Quiet and best possible location short walk to Old Town, the centre of Split walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and the restaurant, a minute walk from Republic Square. Well decorated room, a shower, a hairdryer and bathrobes in the room.

Consider requesting a room on higher floors for better ventilation as it may enhance your comfort .

In general the service was great. There were an electronic key card, a work desk and a television with satellite channels in my superior queen room...

The staff were proper legends, helped with our heavy bags up the stairs, totally made our day. The breakfast had these amazing omelettes, needed to take some time to chill and enjoy!

The walk with luggage was a bit of a trek, should've packed lighter!

Heritage Palace charms with its quaint atmosphere and unique character. I appreciated the clean and comfortable room, ideal for relaxation after exploring the nearby Old Town. The staff offered helpful local dining suggestions, enhancing my experience despite minor ventilation issues.

Charming Boutique Experience in Old Town Split

Our stay, though brief, was beautifully unique. The charming decor created a cozy retreat after our adventures in the Old Town. The breakfast featured good regional dishes. Tip, request top-floor rooms for a quieter ambiance and better views!

A lovely decoration complemented the beautiful hotel, ideally located within the old town. The experience was marred by issues such as a malfunctioning bathroom door and an unpleasant smell in the room, which severely impacted comfort and a good night's sleep. Despite these drawbacks, the use of regional products during meals was a good highlight.

Charming room, good breakfast, the charming decor created a cozy retreat after my adventures and the nearby off-site car park made it convenient to access the city.

Everything was spot on.

Superb charm in a quaint 18th-century building. Clean, well-decorated room in the private wing. Easy walk to local dining and walking tours. The only downside is the steep steps, not ideal for those with heavy luggage.

The hotel has exciting original features, and we enjoyed a packed lunch on our day trip, a sweet touch.

This place has recently been renovated, and I have absolutely no complaints. I would definitely recommend staying here. the location is ideal, as you can easily reach Prokurative on foot 🚶.

The room here is beautifully decorated, with new furnishings, a safe, a mini-bar, and a sofa bed, providing amazing views and serving delicious freshly made breakfasts.
